Terms and Conditions of Car Hire
- Bookings are confirmed once the booking fee has been paid.
- A minimum, non-refundable booking fee is required. Outstanding balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the hire taking place.
- If you cancel your booking within fourteen days, we will refund your Booking Fee. After fourteen days your Booking Fee is non-refundable
- Our Chauffeurs will choose the route based on experience, knowledge of the local area and use of satellite navigation, they will accept a route requested by the principal hirer. Whilst the company will make every effort to arrive punctually at your address and destination we cannot be held responsible for adverse conditions beyond our control. i.e. weather, road closures, punctures or acts by any other means which may have an impact on the hire.
- Drivers will not drive the cars to locations deemed to be dangerous such as extremly narrow roads, lanes , up or down steep hills, certain beaches and locations such as “Grianan of Aileach”, “Fintra Beach”, “Maymore Gap” etc.
- We take great pride in the upkeep of all our vehicles, however, in the unlikely event of an accident or breakdown the company reserve the right to substitute the hirer with an alternative vehicle with a similar specification for the journey. If we are unable to supply a similar vehicle we will offer a full refund of the hire price including booking fee.
- The company adopts a strict No Smoking policy. Food and drink is not to be consumed within the vehicle. Complimentary drink is provided for photo opportunities but must be consumed with glasses returned to the driver before departing.
- Seat belts are provided for your safety and should be worn at all times. By law children 14 and under are required to wear their seatbelt and must be buckled in by either an adult travelling in the car or by one of our drivers before the vehicle can depart.
- By law personalized nameplates cannot be used while travelling on the road. We will apply them before any photo and video opportunity.
- The hirer will be responsible for the conduct of all passengers and liable for any damage caused both inside or outside the vehicle. The hirer is liable for the cost of repair and loss of bookings whilst the vehicle is out of commission.
- Violence, foul and abusive language, intimidation, antagonism or any form of anti-social behavior towards the Chauffeur or any member of staff will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the service without refund and Garda/Police involvement. Acts of vandalism or malicious damage caused to any of the company vehicles by any person will be reported to the Garda/Police and charges will be pressed.
- We cannot be held responsible for any items left in our vehicles. It is up to the hirer to ensure they have all their belongings at all times.
- We may use photographs and/or video from your wedding for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for this to happen please make us aware when booking.
- By signing and returning our booking form the hirer has entered into a binding contract and agrees to our terms and conditions.
We recommend that you download and save a copy of our terms and conditions for your records.
We reserve the right to add or amend our Terms and Conditions at any time E&OE.

Cross Border wedding are unaffected by these changes.
